Searose No. 9 was the original innkeepers year-round home at the former "Ogunquit Innkeepers”.   Today, No. 9 is the largest of the condos that comprise the intimate association known as Sea Rose and located just outside of the downtown (approximately ½ mile) on Main Street.

This very comfortable cottage is a surprisingly spacious and well laid out floor plan – perfect for two couples or a family.    

 Trolley service is also nearby to take guests on a scenic tour or drop off to other destinations within this 4-square mile town, such as Perkins Cove.   

4 Night Minimum Off -Season;  1 Week Minimum In Season; Change-over day is Saturday.  Contact owner for rates for longer stays off-season.  Rentals are provided on a 1^st come, 1^st served basis and dates are only confirmed with receipt of deposit and signed Rental Agreement.   

Everything is located on one level.  

Bedroom #1 has a king-sized bed, full closet, built-in drawers, flat screen television with cable access, air conditioning.  Bedroom #2 has a king-sized bed, flat screen television with cable, additional private entrance, air conditioning and more.  Bedroom #3 is a converted porch with one twin bed, a/c, bookshelves, and bureau.

Large living room with cable television (flat screen), fireplace, desk and features hardwood floors.  Eat-in Kitchen is fully equipped with a smooth-top electric range, oven, refrigerator and microwave.  It is loaded with kitchen tools, dishes, cook ware, etc.  One bathroom features a full tub/shower.  The 2^nd full bath has a sit-down shower and a full-size washer and dryer.

There are two work spaces (one in the Master Bedroom and one in the Living Room) for those needing desk space while away from home.  This is a low allergen environment with predominantly all wood floors.

Washer and Dryer located on 2^nd Floor.

 A port-a-crib is available by previous request.
